I was born and raised on a farm in the small rural city of Wynne in Eastern Arkansas. I farmed myself for 15 years, and have been a licensed Arkansas State Certified General Appraiser for 33 years. Thus, I have a great understanding of the characteristics of farmland/recreational type lands.

My experience of dealing with farmland/recreational land has been in the Delta areas of Eastern Arkansas, Western Mississippi and Eastern Louisiana.
